Last weekend we went to a BBQ at my friend Maggie’s house to celebrate her boyfriend Dave’s birthday. After some morning rain it turned out to be a beautiful day. I got to visit with some friends and see my adopotive mother Patty (Maggie’s mom). It was nice to get out of the house and do some summer activities, although it hasn’t really felt like summer yet, it’s been too cold.
